SFA Player Pathway

Information about the new player pathway for those who haven't managed to attend any of the local in-service sessions for coaches at 4v4 and 7v7 levels.

* Bums, Tums and Legs exercise group every wednesday 10-11am
* Half price 1-1 motivation sessions (£5) for all Race For Life candidates
* Weigh in and exercise group starting on thursday 10th May 6pm
* May's monthly promotion is "buy a 12 month gym pass for £100 and get a free gym membership".

KSC Walking Group

The walking group restarts on Monday 2nd April at 6-30pm. It will also be held on Thursdays, is free of charge & all are welcome.

KSC Sports Relief Mile

Around 25 people took part in KSC's Sport Relief efforts this year. Over £175 was raised and will be sent off to this worth while charity.

Pitch Inspections


Teams are reminded that in the event of bad weather they are responsible in contacting KSC (556444) on the morning of their game to confirm parks are playable.
