Alongside facility improvements, coach education was one of the clubs vital priorities, it remains so to this day. K.S.C actively promotes coach education to all our volunteers across all our different sports. The role of the coach within the club cannot be over emphasised. Coaches owe it to the youngsters with who they are working with to give them a fun, safe, structured expierience. |
