Opening Times

Monday to Friday - 9am - 9pm

Saturday/Sunday 9am - 1pm

At KSC we have a fully equipped gymnasium, consisting of various cardiovascular and resistance equipment. Offering Personal Fitness Plans to suit every individuals needs whether it's weight loss or general fitness our fully qualified staff will tailor a plan to help you reach your personal goals.

For those people interested in attending aerobic classes, we offer a full range from: Tums & Bums, Pilates, Step, Boxercise & many more. For more information & class times please contact our reception for our timetable.

Spin Biking is the very popular group cycling clas, which lasts for 45 mins. This is a very energetic workout. A number of qualified instructors will be available to take classes at a reasonable fee. Any football teams want a challenge? You can book the spin studio for your training night.

For Outdoor activities, in the summer months we run a brisk walk or gentle jog club, We meet up @ 7 pm on a Tuesday night, the idea is to have a walk & talk! Our aim is to encourage people that exercise is beneficial and important, but more importantly that walking in a group is more sociable and creates a safer environment. The group is open to all age groups and is Free!
