Calling all 16 - 25 year old volunteers

The MV is an exciting new program backed by the Scottish Executive. It is aimed at volunteers between the ages of 16 & 25 and rewards their efforts with certificated awards for 50, 100 & 200 hours volunteer work, the 200 hour certificate is signed by First Minister for Scotland Jack McConnell.

The certificate will look impressive on your C.V when applying for jobs, college or university. It is a form of recognition for young peoples volunteering efforts. The voluntary hours do not need to be built up with one organisation or club, they can be tallied together.

Currently there are no vacancies at KSC

KSC offer work placements to students at school or college etc. The placements give students the opportunity to put into practice new pieces of training and to gain up to date knowledge and experience.
